Mastering the Microwave: fish and zucchini cous cous

I've been feeling quite fish deprived here at Cambridge, seeing as the hall never serves any and i'm not quite wealthy enough to eat out at fish restaurants all that often, so last week I decided to give steamed fish a go in the microwave. The idea was simple, i just put too much water in with the fish and probably overcooked it to be on the safe side. Result: it was fishy enough for me to be happy, but can obviously be improved. It also left the kitchenette smelling of fish for the next 4 days, something which I'm sure everyone else was over the moon about...
